Ric Frances was born and resides in the Greater New Orleans Area. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Broadcasting at Loyola University in New Orleans, and has spent his career in Radio and Television Broadcasting. Ric opened Frances Partners LLC in 1992, and now makes his living as a writer and ghostwriter.
